These are my terms and conditions, please read them carefully.
All my items are handmade by me, one by one, in my Devon Studio.
I carefully check each item before it is listed for sale. All my glass is annealed in a digitally controlled kiln, and all bead holes cleaned of bead release.
Although every care has been taken to represent the items in the photographs accurately, colours may display differently on different monitors and devices.

The photos in the Made-to-Order category are of pieces which have already been sold. Nearly every item there has been made in at least two colourways, please see additional photos on the individual item pages for lots more colours and slight variations.
Please read all the information carefully!
Things to be aware of:
- As everything here is individually handmade to order, the items I will make for you may vary from those shown (some more than others, see additional photos for likely variations)
I will send you a photo for approval before I send your items. I may email you prior to starting your piece to confirm details, so please check for messages from me!
- Colours may show up differently on different monitors, and as these items are all made to order, actual colour may vary too.
- I make all these items myself, theres just me, so making times vary, for one or two items, usually within two weeks, for larger orders, 4-6 weeks.
- If you have any special requirements bigger, smaller, sooner, in a colour I’ve not mentioned, or perhaps a specific colour to match something, please contact me before purchase.

- This is by no means a complete list of what I can do, but a taster of some of my most popular and more repeatable pieces
(I say ‘more repeatable’ as these items are all handmade, no two will ever be identical) there are endless variations of colours, shapes and sizes that I haven’t made yet!
Payment and Shipping:
At this time I accept payment by paypal only for international buyers.
UK buyers can pay by paypal or cheque (sorry but I will have to wait until the cheque clears before posting your items).
I am based in the UK. so all my items ship from the UK, this means that items shipped overseas will take a little longer. please be aware of this when you purchase, I wouldn’t like for you to be dissapointed!
I occasionaly use recycled and re-used outer packaging and use gift/jewellery boxes where appropriate. it is only the outer packaging that is re-used, the inner packaging is suitable for gift giving, however if you would like something a bit more special in terms of wrapping, please contact me
I use Royal Mail for shipping. for prices, see my postage page
Airmail for overseas packets, First class within the UK.
Tracking and insurance are optional extras, please contact me for details and prices prior to purchase.
If you would like me to post to a location or by a method not listed (eg international signed for, second class UK post etc), please contact me and I’ll see what I can do!
Delivery times are out of my control once I have posted an item. if you have a specific date you need your order for, please let me know as much in advance as possible, I will aim to post in plenty of time for it to arrive.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

if an item has not arrived with you, please let me know as soon as possible so I can look into it, however, if I need to make a claim, then I can only do so after the time period specified by Royal Mail, who will look into it. if I have to make a replacement, it ay vary from the original.
If you are not happy with your item for any reason, do not hesitate to contact me and I will try to sort out any problems. It can be returned for a refund as long as it’s within 30 days of purchase. postage costs to be paid by the customer.
Refunds will only be issued once I have received the goods back in saleable condition (unless reason for return was faulty) Refunds will not include any postage costs
Refunds will be issued using the same method as they were paid.
Returns will not be accepted on earrings unless they are faulty. (Hygiene reasons)
Faulty goods: If an item is found to be faulty, I will try my best to fix it or make a replacement, but as each item is handmade they may vary slightly. Please contact me if there is ever a problem with something I have made.
